The strategic acquisition will complement AMERICAN SYSTEMS' current T&E capabilities and bolster key T&E资源，使公司能够执行更广泛的服务，包括测试, scientific, engineering, logistic, administrative, and ancillary support of its customers' T&E missions.

Under the terms of the agreement, approximately 300 SAIC personnel will join AMERICAN SYSTEMS' Human Capital & Managed Services group (HCMS), led by VP/GM Jason Frye. The T&E Business will be a key component of HCMS, according to Frye.
